MobiNET

Time to update your MobiNET app

We’ve moved MobiNET onto a new, faster platform. Your current app will keep working for calls, but to stay fully connected — and to fix the login issue — please install the new version from your app store below.

Already have MobiNET on this phone and the install won’t complete? That’s expected on older versions — follow the Can’t log in? steps below; they remove the old app first so the new one installs cleanly.

Your account is safe. Your contacts, history and settings are stored on our servers and come back automatically when you sign in to the new app with your usual number and password.

  • Select MobiNET.
  • Tap Storage.
  • Select Clear Storage (or Clear Data), then Clear Cache.
2

Uninstall the app

  • Exit Settings and return to the home screen.
  • Tap and hold the MobiNET app icon.
  • Tap Uninstall and confirm.
3

Reboot your device

4

Install the app from the Play Store

  • Open the Google Play Store (or use the button above).
  • Search for MobiNET.
  • Select MobiNET Premium.
  • Tap Install.
5

Open the app

  • Launch MobiNET Premium.
  • Allow all required permissions.
  • If requested, set the app as the default app.
  • If prompted to keep the app running in the background, select Always.
6

  • Tap the MobiNET logo & select the correct SIM — do not change any other settings.
  • Enter the account details provided and tap Login.
7

If an error message appears

  • Note down the exact error message.
  • Note the user or department the device is assigned to.
  • Send those details to us so we can help — see the contact below.

Issue resolved. You should now be able to log in successfully and use the app without any error messages.
